We enjoyed our stay. The host, Marina, was very nice and communicative. She accommodated our late arrival. The apartment is located in mainland Venice, 20 minute drive from Tronchetto parking. We had apartment #10. It was very clean and spacious enough for two people. The house has complimentary parking, which is very convenient.

Mestre train station at 10min by car.
Place itself is a very nice and calm. As one might understand it's located outside the Mestre, so if you are looking for an almost country-side experience, it will suit you perfectly. Venice is accessible in 35 min, making one change from bus to train.
Marina is the best host we have ever had, very communicative, helpful and friendly.
The location was very good. Bus stop close by. The bed was amazing to sleep in
Very nice quite house in the suburbs of Venice. It has a free parking- located 20 minutes from Venice by car. The bed and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The house is cozy and the area is very peaceful where you can relax and recharge - getting ready for the long walks in Venice. The hostess was very friendly and helpful.
