No breakfast included. Has coffee items but Italian coffee best around the place as you dont have to make it :) and now back I wonder how to back to the coffee I normaly drink as it was that good.
That’s it is close to the city center and their is a lot of parking place down the building

We had an issue with our first room, as it smelled of cigarettes and smoke. However, the staff were very helpful and friendly and moved us to another room. We had a great stay overall, and I can definitely recommend this place if you’re ever visiting Olbia.
This home like apartment has a wonderful location where close to train and bus stations. It is easy to access most attractions of Olbia. The room and bathroom are very clean and bright. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen and WiFi work very well.
