Very comfortable bed. Lovely decor. Excellent service from front desk to room service. Greeted at curb and helped with baggage. Facilitated taxi pick up. Excellent choice for breakfast.

Everything was great even the location is fantastic. But the size of the room is too tight I wish if the room was bigger.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, whether they were at the reception desk, or at the breakfast room, at the restaurant or at the bar. They made us feel really well looked after and they were always smiling, no matter the time of the day. The hotel itself is very well located, central and easy to reach. The rooms were very clean and spacious - we were extremely lucky to be upgraded to a Suite thanks to a wonderful staff who noted it was my 70's birthday. Breakfast was excellent and the whole NH Collection Experience has been incredible throughout our stay. If you are staying in Milan, I strongly recommend you choose this hotel!
