I do really like Roberto. I m not sure his name . when we arrived the hotel before our check in time. We want to pay extra day and check in early. Person on the reception said impossible because hotel is full. Later Roberto come , I m not sure about his name , he has glasses. So he said we should give him 5 minutes. After 5 minutes he arranged our room and with out extra charge he let us to go our room. So other than he was letting us to check in early, his communication with costumer worth 10 stars. He’s one of the best. Just because of his communication with costumer can make me go back to same hotel again in the future.
Location was unbeatable, right in between Fontana di Trevi and Colosseum. Our room had a very nice balcony with a great view. Service was extraordinary!
Close to all main attractions. The staff was very nice and attentive. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and large. Highly recommend for a stay in Rome.

I cannot stress how impressive and importan is the hotel's location.
It is literally a stone-throw away from Rome's most important landmarks...you can wonder around walking all day in Rome and do several hotel pit-stops.
Their rooftop bar has one of the highest rated rooftop lounges in Rome for some amazing insta-memorable pictures.
It was our first time and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was very caring and helpful. They gave us a superior room with a view and the room was clean. The location is perfect, its super close to all monuments and city centre. Overall our experience with this hotel and staff was very nice.
