Because of an unavoidable delay in travel, we arrived more than an hour late, yet Rinata kindly and patiently waited for us, even though I had been unable to contact her about our delayed bus. She was an angel to wait and not lose faith. Extraordinary!
The apartment is convenient yet quiet -- with very nice amenities. Believe what you read from the reviews! The hosts awareness of remaining ecologically conscious is also appreciated.
As a longtime visitor to Venice for both professional and personal reasons, I was delighted to discover this apartment.
The host is very responsive, helpful, and considerate. The apartment is clean. The bedroom and bathroom are good. Location is great. Best part for me is the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out!
Location is perfect, 5 mins from the train station, still walking distance to San Marco and other main attractions. There is also a market nearby.
Kitchen corner has all appliances you need, as well as an espresso machine with capsules. The room has a smart TV with Netflix. They also have a mosquito repellent (although didn't see any - first week of June).
Host Elisa was helpful and showed a warm welcome.

Excellent apartment in Venice. Clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and in a quiet location just 5 minutes from the train station and the vaporetto stops on the Grand Canal. A good supermarket just across the neighbouring canal and a bakery, bar, and restaurant nearby. The host was prompt, friendly, and helpful
