Self-serve check-in. The owners responded promptly to my messages even though it was very late at night - I had landed late due to a delay. The room is very spacious, probably more than I needed for a single night. It is very comfortable, has AC and a coffee machine. It is not far from the airport and well located to walk to the old town.
Lovely Italian community living here as well! I felt very safe and secure!
The bed & pillows were amazing! Having the cafe, groceries & bus stop right by the hotel was very convenient too.
The hotel doesn't have big signage out front, just its address & intercom, but once you get upstairs past the desk, you're like, "oh wow!"
Terrific water pressure in the shower!
Beautiful big room, very clean with air con. Nice private bathroom and the staff were very helpful, I don't speak Italian and they didn't speak English but they were patient and we got there in the end. Very good value for money hotel.
The best about this property was the service of the host Ms. Rubeta. She’s fantastic and very much helpful. If you are a tourist in Naples, she is the best and trustable person who can guide you. Felt like a home away from home.
