The room was very clean, good staff and amazing communication, easy entry.

The room was very clean and had all the basic facilities we required. There were enough towels in the room and extra duvets in the cupboards if we needed them.
The shower was great and we even had a mood light.
Great room size, comfortable bed and good access with a lift. Right in the heart of Naples.
