The property was very clean, spacious and well presented. The staff were very helpful and gave us some suggestions on places to visit. It is located approximately 15-20 minutes easy walk to the main tourist areas, 10 minutes walk to the station and the bus stop for the airport is 5 minutes walk.
Very kind lady who manages this place. She did not speak much English and we did not speak Italian but she went out of her way to help with check in and to get us a taxi the next day. Place was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was good.
Location is good, not directly in the city center but you can walk in 15-20 min. There are lots of parking spaces nearby and it is safe area. Room was so big, new decorated it was perfect for its value. I would definitely stay in the same place, if I come to Olbia again.
