Location, location, location. Very close to most sights, Vatican, St Angelo, piazza Navona, Pantheon, even Trevi. Lots of local restaurants nearby that are not touristy so you can try real Romans food without overpriced stuff. Staffs were very nice and friendly. They can help with airport transportation which really important so you don’t need to drag your luggage over cobblestone roads. The rooms are big so you have plenty of space to put your luggages.
The location was great. We walked to everything we wanted to see more than once. We used their car service from the airport and was happy we did. We heard from other travelers that their taxis had let them off a different stance away and they had to walk with luggage over the cobblestone streets. Definitely recommend their transfer. Reception was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We slept well. Very close to excellent outdoor dining with heaters. Breakfast that was included was excellent and the staff there was friendly and accommodating.
From the moment we entered we were met at reception than personally escorted to our room with an explanation of how everything worked staff were friendly cannot complain about anything
