Properly was clean the lift is very small but worked well .
Location is very accessible. Place was clean and comfortable. Loved the machinetta di caffè. But most of all, the owner was utterly kind and considerate, personally coming to help me access the building and settle in, as I arrived way past the check-in time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Very good room. Great location, very close to termini station and a bus stop that goes to Tiburtina station. Very easy to go to the city center. The staff is very friendly. The building has a small elevator but functional. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. You have to be careful at night though. I would stay here again.

It's very clean, the cast is very friendly and they speak Spanish to provide a welcoming stay at the hotel. Looks exactly as shown in the pictures
