We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the apartment in San Giovanni. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of Lake Como and easy access to the surrounding areas. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our host was fantastic, providing us with excellent tips and local recommendations that made our trip even more special. We had a truly memorable time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!
The location right on the lake and the gardens were stunning.
A great opportunity to imagine luxury lakeside living in this apartment in this grand villa. Small and cosy but really well appointed and clever use of space. Comfy bed. Beautiful gardens and privacy with lake view across to Tremezzo. San Giovanni is a fabulous place to stay and in my opinion a better non touristy option to Bellagio centre. Beautiful church and paddle, boat and SUP hire nearby. Ida our host was a charming and very helpful host. A lovely 1 mile walk into Bellagio through Villa Melzi gardens during the day and in the promenade.

Quiet, comfortable apartment, in beautiful villa and gardens on the lake foreshore. Parking onsite and very secure. Walk to Bellagio and a minutes stroll to the ferry pier. Also a bonus bar is en route which was excellent for end of day spritzes!
