Our host, Michele was very welcoming & informative. He met us upon our arrival to show us our room, the facility and give us some information on what to do & see in Lucca. Our room was kind of small but very clean and had all we needed during our stay. The location is very central, just outside the city walls with easy access to everything.
We found free street parking available a few blocks away. Pay attention to the street cleaning dates and times.
Very comfy bed, a small balcony, a little desk for writing, a fridge in the closet. Bathroom had wc and bidet and a good shower with a rain shower head. Overall very pleased.
Cleanliness in general great, AC available but only if you want it. room climate was good and the floor was dampened to be silent. There even was a adapter for appliances.
Best of all though is the host: great english, very communicative, has great tips for the city, very welcoming.
Very friendly host and the room was big and location great :-)

The host Michele was super and very helpful.
Booked at last min and Michele was incredibly helpful and responsive. The location is fab, just outside the city walls with some free parking just outside the entrance.
