The owner is a very nice person, met us and showed us the apartment around. Location is good, 7/10 mins walking to the Old town.
Our host was very helpful. He met us, showed us where to park , explained everything, and showed us where to go for the best views. The place is clean, modern, well appointed and a short walk to the town and all the sights. We had everything we needed. There is a great grocery store a few minutes away!!!
The apartment is quite well situated next to the old city, within very easy walking distance (maybe 5 minutes). Franco, the host, met us, showed us where to park our car, showed us around the apartment and how to operate the facilities, and was quite welcoming and informative. The apartment is large, with a lovely bathroom, 2 bedrooms and balconies off each, as well as a balcony from the main room. Views to the old city are available from one of the bedrooms. Everything was very clean, and it was apparent that the hosts take pride in offering an exceptional place to stay.
Franco's wife made lovely little cakes for us, and there were other toasts, jellies, honey, milk, juice, etc.
Its the best, cleanest and spacious apartment we stayed in puglia with a free carpark. Our host Franco is the best and kindest host ever.Franco and his lovely wife left us homemade cakes ❤️ flat is Very close to the old town, just 5 mins walk. Thank you again for everything 🙏🏻
Superb apartment close to Materra's historic center. Our host made us feel very welcome and gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. We were also offered delicious homemade muffins for breakfast the next day.
