The room was very clean with modern furniture! The host was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a fabulous kitchen with everything you needed for a short stay. The location was perfect! Everything is walking distance from the house.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to the old town center and train station. Also, there was a seating and dining area with a kitchen accessible to hotel guests. I was able to have my breakfasts there. That was very nice. Also, the entire place was very clean with new furnitures and appliances.
I have been in Bologna many times, but so far, these were the most welcoming hosts I have met. Alberto was so helpful. I surely recomend Olimpia House to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bologna.
My single room with bathroom was small but very well laid out. The furnishings were modern and the room was very clean. The owner was helpful and friendly. I especially liked the communal lounge area with complimentary espresso pods and tea. I would be happy to return to this place if / when I return to Bologna.
