Francesco was very kind to allow us to enter the apartment well ahead of the regular arrival time and leave a bit later on check out day. Beautiful view of the lake and castle from the terrace. Train station conveniently right across the street, but not noisy.

Great clean house with all the amenities you could need on holiday. Fantastic view from the terrace and only a few minutes walk from the train station and the heart of Bracciano Town. Big airy rooms and modern decor. Francesco was a great host with exceptional communication. The only comment is the lack of bidet in the bathroom which would have been good to have for the kids especially. I would highly recommend a stay at Olivia's house if you're wanting to explore the lake and surroundings.

i like the whole place, its very quiet and all the things that i need are all there, and the ambiance is great with the overlooking at the lake and the castle,

The cleanliness, the well-equipped kitchen, the terrace, the lift, the proximity to shops, restaurants and the station. Also having contact with the owner.
