Awesome location, great view of the marina, great value for what you pay. Parking included was nice, and responsive, helpful staff. Would stay again!
It met our needs. free parking in a lot was close by. good heating and A/C. cleaned the room each day. apartment was roomy. Not far from central locations.
Downtown location. Close to restaurants, but far from the noize. Staff was helpful and nice.
Onlyrooms IV is in a very centrally located area and the free parking is the cherry on top that makes this 100% worth the stay. Pictures of the property don't do it justice.
Communication with the property was a breeze and detailed instructions and in person welcome was also provided. The room had all the amenities one might need.. The elevator is vintage and an experience in itself. The views from the room and the balcony are also nice.
Parking takes place in a large open air parking adjoining the centeral train station. It's hardly one minute walk to the apartment room.
I would definitely come back to only rooms iv for a stay in Cagliari.
We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and everything seemed closed, but I called the local number and Alberto helped us greatly and even showed us to the free parking!
