The place is fantastic. The room is exceptionally comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and the restroom is great. It was a pleasure to be there. Additionally, the location is fantastic, just a few blocks from the train station and a short walk from the downtown area.

Oro Nero was a beautiful escape from the crowds and heat in Florence! Silvia was an exceptional host, and she made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The property smelled amazing, was extremely clean, and it looks just as pictured on the website. We absolutely loved it.

HIGHLY recommend. Not only was the room a gorgeous room, the HOSTS were incredible. They were so accommodating so kind it almost even felt like family. I can’t say enough wonderful things. The location was very central as well and Sylvia was VERY helpful with check in and check out. Please continue to support this lovely business. There is a charming view outside the window of a gorgeous building, very Italian lifestyle.

This was our second stay at Oro Nero, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Comfortable bed, great shower, and stylish decor. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, but close to everything one might need, especially the train station and the growing in popularity oltrarno neighborhood.

The location and communication with our host Silvia who was very helpful & left a thoughtful gift of wine & treats from her favorite pasticceria
