Our room had a terrace with a great view of the city and surrounding area. There was plenty of food for breakfast with fruit, pancakes, pastries, coffee and juice. We were cycling so we appreciated having a safe place to store the bikes.

Sparkling clean, spacious room with a fantastic view of the Duomo. Good shower, towels and linen. This is a wonderful old hostel that we totally enjoyed as a hotel. Breakfast was good with savoury sandwiches, fresh donut, fruit, yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice plus other goodies. Davide and Helena were kind and so helpful. The property is old fashioned and a charming reminder of past trips. We’d love to stay again.

The location and the view were perfect. The facility was very well organised with the bar and a small restaurant with delicious sandwich in the same building. The staff was really friendly and dedicated. The atmosphere of the place was really enchanting.

Il Castello met our needs well for a very reasonable price. Quiet. Breakfast included. My traveling companion was not feeling well so it was wonderful that our room was quiet so she could rest. David was a great host. We were sad we were only in Noto one night.
