Great apartment located in a perfect location. Walking distance to the restaurants in Montalcino yet quiet.

This was a really beautiful apartment, very nicely appointed, comfortable bed, very spacious, fantastic location, right in the heart of historic Montalcino. And a private garage too!
The hostess was exquisite and we loved everything about this place. Highly recommended.
Otello Guest House is a charming, thoughtfully-designed apartment in the heart of Montalcino. The unit feels very homey, yet incredibly clean. It is very well-located for those who want to walk around town and the attached enclosed garage is a godsend in those narrow Italian streets. As nice and convenient as the guest house is, it's the sweet host, Chiara, that made our stay extraordinary. We came with a very specific purpose during Sagra del Tordo and she went above and beyond to show us an authentic side of the festival. From helping us to arrange special dinner tickets (and hand-delivering them to our door) to meeting up with us at various events, Chiara was ever-present, friendly, and helpful, without being overbearing. We began communicating with her many months prior to our stay and it was such a comfort to know she was always a message away. We would recommend Otello Guest House to anyone staying in Montalcino and hope to return again someday!
