A "hidden" gem tucked away in the midst of this beautiful city that is Venice - the staff was incredibly helpful, always asking if everything is OK when they saw us. The rooms - just wow! Overlooking the Grand Canal. The drinks on the balcony. The breakfast served with such delight underneath the enormous chandelier. We will remember this hotel for a very long time. Thank you to all who made our stay even more magical than we had hoped.

This hotel is 10 out of 10. We have been traveling through Europe for 7 weeks and this hotel was one of our absolute favorites. The location is central, yet peaceful (plus gorgeous views of the grand canal), the design is authentic, the rooms spacious (we are a family of 5), and the best part was the staff. Everyone made us feel completely welcome and at home. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade, area recommendations and just smiles and kindness all around. They even helped me with a bag I left at the hotel. We felt so comfortable there - I can’t wait to get back.

The location and view was astonishing. The staff were very helpful. St. Marks and the doge palace are a 15 minute walk away as well as several plazas filled with restaurants and bars.
