This is my second time at this hotel
And i definitely recommend it
Great hotel spa rooms staff location everything is comfortable and in very high standard
All was good But our room 305 was very hot we had a baby 1 years old with us we asked for the Ac to be turned on at 3 am they receptionist said he did it but still was not working then at 03.30 am again went to reception and asked was told it was broken and need Ac techician in the morning asked lady receptionist for ac tech she said ac have been off for weeks
I already knew this and knew I was lied to the night before we did open the room windows but lots of mosquitos I don’t like to be played like that

Our stay was just as we imagined for a five-star hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are numerous ways of how to adjust the lightning in the room.
The surroundings of the hotel were full of trees, gardens and perfectly maintained lawns.
Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff fulfilled our every wish. As we were mostly around in Tuscany during the day, we had dinner in the hotel as well. This was even better - three to four courses every evening on a beautiful terrrace, every course better than the other with very reasonable prices for a five-star hotel.
The reception was amazing! They answered to all our questions and provided what we needed all the time! Spa and facilities were well organised and really relaxing. One of the most delicious breakfast with full of varieties. We went there in january but the room was always warm. I will definitely come back to this hotel again
