Excellent customer service and wonderful accommodations
This is one of best hotel I've ever been. Room comfort, helpful and kind staff, excellent location, quite but at walking distance from all the main attractions, all was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding too, with lot of gluten-free and dairy-free options. I'd gave this hotel 6 stars, if possible.

This was a quick stay before a cruise, we did enjoy Ravenna and the hotel staff gave us a good recommendation of what to do in our time in town.
