Hotel owner is Very nice and offer very good arrangement for us. The hotel cleaning /service staff is very professional.
The apartment was lovely. Perfect location and very comfortable for us. We would definitely stay again! The housekeeper (sorry, I wish I could remember her name!) was wonderful. She offered to call a taxi for us the morning we left and insisted on staying with us in front of the building to make sure our taxi arrived. She went above and beyond to help us. Many thanks to her!
Spectacular castle in Mantova!!! The pictures do not do it justice. We absolutely loved our stay and wish we had more time to enjoy this magical hotel
The room was exceptional, the location was exceptional, Mantua is a very beautiful and lively city (at least the old town)
Staying here is literally staying in a palace, the room was gigantic with a fabulous view of the square below.
