We loved staying at Palazzo Gancia. Sebastiano was an impeccable host. He gave us amazing recommendations from restaurants to museums. The rooms are giant and gorgeous. the historic provenance of the building is fabulous. and of course Willy, Sebastiano’s dog is the best part of the deal. My daughter fell in love and says Willy from Ortigia is her favorite memory from our one month trip to Italy. and my son says his favorite memory is the sky of Ortigia from Palazzo Gancia balcony around sunset.
Fabulous location and exceptional support to make our stay very memorable.

Sebastiano is a very welcoming host with a lot if positive energy and lots of helpful tips. Grazie per tutto Sebastiano! :) The location is perfect, the house is 500 years old with a beautiful yard and a lot of space under renovation which you can walk through.
We arrived tired and overwhelmed but Sebastiano made it easy and lovely. Willy the mascot dog welcomed us in the best way, and after a smooth check-in, we struggled a little for the parking matter, which ended up best solved with the car vallet service: an extra fee that is totally worthy for a one-day stay! The accommodation consisted in a large apartment with all amenities, and the breakfast has been offered at the 5 minutes walking bar on a wonderful square.
