Convenient on / off access to property. Arrived late at night after a long day's drive, and the property was easy to find. The restaurant was still open at our arrival, and the food was exceptionally good! Staff was AMAZING. My Italian is questionable at best, and everyone was kind enough to respond to my conversation.

It's the warmth and personal touch of the staff that make this place exceptional. I had come to Italy from the US with plans to see my cousins in Nola for a day of my trip. Those plans fell through last minute due to an illness. So I came to Nola alone, not knowing anyone. As soon as I entered the bright and sunny lobby, I was greeted with such genuine warmth, I felt like I had come home. The staff at all levels, from the concierge, to the cleaning crew, to the warm and engaged director, was attentive, kind, and genuine. The breakfast was great, and the location was steps away from historic Nola, which I had a wonderful day exploring. The local train station to other historic towns and to Naples is nearby, making it an easy place to explore from.
