No breakfast; kitchen facilities, fridge, stove top very functional for our needs
Pretty apartment in venice, well located and nice host
- location was really good
- we arrived really early in the morning, and the hosts were really nice, and we could check in earlier than the scheduled time
- quiet place
- a mini market nearby
- many bars and shops near by
- walking distance to many spots of interest
- fully equipped kitchen. we stayed 2 nights, so it would've been nice to also have some coffee so that we didn't have to buy.

Location was excellent, calm and very cozy. Really great restaurants nearby and boat station few meters away. I appreciate that there is a kitchen and all the equipment with it.
