Location was great, ACs worked without any problem, had a nice small garden, TV/WiFi included and no issues whatsoever. Happy with the choice I made. Kettle wasn't working however, when I advised the company they brought a new one within a matter of hours.
Position of ap. near center of city. Very clean inside and a peacful area.
