Location is excellant, Staff was amazing setting up itinerary for us. Everything was arranged. Food in restaurant was excellent. Ambiance and the staff attention to detail was 10/10

The location is great - in a quaint neighborhood with shops and restaurants but away from the crowds.
The palazzo and grounds are beautiful. Well maintained. There is a parlor on second floor which is absolutely magnificent.
The entire staff starting with Giacomo was just beyond excellent. This was the end of an extremely special trip for us and the hotel and the staff truly made it a storybook ending. Best hotel experience I’ve had in my life!!
