The apartment was spacious and very clean. The building has an elevator, which made getting luggage to the 3rd floor very easy. Marco, the host, was very responsive and gave a lot of great information.
He even left a welcome gift and a nice note.
The location is perfect and close to the city center.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend if you are going to Terni, stay here.
Very nice apartment. Lots of room. Quiet and clean. Great communication with host. Free parking on adjacent street. Comfortable bed. Good wifi.
Apartment is spacious and bright with all the necessary equipment. Bed is very comfortable. Location is very good, 10 min walk from the station and 10 min walk to the old town / centre, supermarket near by. Calm neighborhood. Host is wonderful and very polite. Iwas greeted with snacks, mini bottle of vine and souvenir of Terni. I have stayed for almost a month and the apartment was cleaned once a week, bed sheets and towels were changed once a week.
Easy walking to shops, cafes and restaurants. Nice kitchen if eating in. Host was very friendly.
Fabulous! I won't spoil the surprise. Just go and enjoy Palmira House. My partner and I had great fun staying there and can't wait to go again. Technical bits: comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen (we cooked a lot). Beautiful decor. Warm and welcoming. Third floor with lift access (but small staircase on ground floor). Very good location in city centre. Pleasant neighbourhood. The host was f a n t a s t i c
