Location, location, location. From our living room, we saw the volcano erupting some at night from our balcony and in the bedroom we could see Etna with our morning coffee. The place was very spacious and in the middle of the main thoroughfare.
Davide, who met us with the keys, was very friendly and informative, especially about what we needed to know about the apartment. I loved the decor of the apartment--it made it feel like we were staying at the lovely home of a relative that matched the grand environment of Taormina. There were beverages and some lovely wine provided and a cake, but not really breakfast. There were dishes, pans and a gas stove so we were able to purchase a few groceries to make our own breakfast to enjoy at the dining room table. The view from the bedroom balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We took advantage of the table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy the bottle of white wine while enjoying the view at night after dinner. We were also happy to have a clothes washer to use for our laundry and a very large drying rack was available to dry our clothes that fit most of the laundry for our entire family of five.
The view was beautiful. The location was outstanding. Very spacious.
Location was fantastic beautiful views of Mt Etna from the living room window and the water views from the terrace were amazing our group of 5 adults had plenty of room apartment was very clean and we were very sad to leave
