The room is beautifully designed, clean, and located conveniently close to the old town, which made exploring the area very easy. Everything worked smoothly with the parking, and both check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free. Communication via the WhatsApp channel was generally very quick and helpful.

An excellent location, away from the busiest parts of the historic center of Parma but only a 5-10 minute walk to them. The room was lovely, recently renovated, and the bathroom was especially spacious. I liked the online check-in and high tech system for entering the property. The host was very helpful, responding promptly to questions with helpful answers about parking and dining options.
