Great location (close to the Colosseum, but on a quiet street)
Great facilities, everything was clean,
Shower had a window to let the humudity out,
Kitchen,
Washing machine (must have in Rome in the summer, as it turns out) and drying racks
And overall, attention to detail, from kitchen utensils to clothes iron & small board, and even some umbrellas just in case

Great location near the Colosseum with good restaurants and cafes.
The location was excellent as we could walk everywhere! The bedroom was large and had lots of space for our suitcases and personal items. Lots of restaurants and coffee places in the area. We especially liked Divin Ostilia restaurant which had delicious pizza and pasta and was only a five minute walk.
The best location ever. In the center of Rome, literally right next to the Colosseum. Lovely
