The property has lovely views from the balcony and the room is thoughtfully laid out - I liked the little table and chairs to sit and do some work. The breakfast was great - lots of options. The hosts were lovely despite the language barriers. I had lost my wallet in town and they were very kind to me about it.

Summererhof is a beautiful property in the hills above Bressanone, with exquisite panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The facility is of quality, comfortable and clean, offering a wonderful homemade breakfast. The owner is gracious and accommodating, and speaks both Italian and German.

I don't usually give a 10, but this place totally deserves it. The room was big and clean with a breathtaking view. Breakfast was delicious. Maria was the best host, so nice and friendly, gave me tips and even remembered how I liked my coffee. The card for public transport was a an unexpected and so useful thing to receive, I could just go anywhere by bus, no stress driving and parking.

I rarely give such a grand rating, however, this property deserves it to 100% and even more.
