Very helpful owner with information and any difficulties for the area.The decor in the building was really good and fitted to a very good standard. The a/c was great in the hot climate. There was even a fridge out on the corridor to keep things cool.
Rooms were cleaned every day - towels, sheets etc. The building is directly accross from the NGS pland which is a useful landmark for taxis etc. 5 mins from Europcar for rental and about 10 mins Vasto bus terminal where you can get buses to Rome etc.

There is also a bar and restaurant downstairs and I found it very good. A big thumbs up for this place !!
It was clean , quiet and a good restaurant underneath . Owner was helpful and pleasant.
