The staff was wonderful, arranging transportation, getting reservations. They were the highlight of our stay.
I received a lovely surprise upon arrival that i had been upgraded and the room was lovely!
The staff is kind and helpful and the property is very conveniently located and easy to get to.
Breakfast was nice, but could have started before 8:15. Room was very comfortable. No problems and great location near the train.
The owner was very nice and friendly. It was close to the train station, but you couldn't hear the trains. Vernazza is a small village, so it was really close to everything. Room was decorated nicely, and all was new. The grounds were very nice.
Staying at Pensione Sorriso was like staying with family. We had a problem getting two of our family members to the hotel after the trains stopped running. Evelyn quickly jumped in to help us make arrangements for a ride. She ensured that they arrived safely at the hotel.
