Very clean, comfortable, and very friendly/helpful staff
Outside of hotel is unassuming and looks like an old area. But inside is shiny sleek immaculate and contemporary with glass marble and white leather. Pool to ourselves was a bonus. Not a fancy neighborhood but a huge fresh fruit shop about two mins away was fruitful to our palate! Staff was excellent. A better design for breakfast seating is needed specially when serving 10 people at a time. Train station is walkable and provides easy access to town. Taxi for four is 60 euros from town at night. So worked well for us. Hotel is pricey but given overall prices for hotels in Florence, summer season and location price is fair considering a very new hotel
This property just opened in December of 2022. It is located 20 minutes from the Florence airport. The rooms were a good size with plenty of closet space. Nicely decorated. I have to compliment Aurora who worked the front desk the day we were there. She went above and beyond to help us get dinner ordered and even set up a nice little table for us to eat our take out food. She also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing and super accommodating. We showed up with our bikes and they put us in one of the pool rooms so we could keep an eye on our bikes. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The breakfast was the best we have had on our two week trip. Highly recommend!! 10/10 we would come back here.
