Nice location close to the mestre train station. Facility was well maintained, clean and comfortable. There is a super market and a couple of restaurant including a nice Chinese restaurant nearby.

Very spacious, clean and the lady who let us in was extremely nice even if she didn't speak English she made herself understand.
They let us keep our luggage the last day until before the next group came in so that was very nice
