The host for this property was incredibly responsive and held a free parking spot for us. He met us at the parking took our bags and drove us to the property which was in the restricted zone. Our balcony looked out at the main piazza and we had spectacular views of the Duomo. We ran into a small problem which was taken care of before we woke up the next day. The host shared family history which was of interest and recommended breakfast and dinner options. Overall a superior stay in Ragusa Ibla.
Our hosts were friendly and communicative. Gave us great dinner recommendations and made us feel at home!
Eugenio was very accommodating and helpful. Twice he surprised us with fresh pastries in the morning. Place is wonderful, like in the photos, location is excellent.
Excellent location & historic, beautiful building & decor.
This was a unique and elegant property with beautiful period furnishings in a historic villa in a perfect location and a balcony overlooking the Piazza Duomo. Eugenio was an excellent host providing assistance weeks ahead during our planning and coordinated our arrival to help with parking and getting baggage from our car. He’s very responsive to WhatsApp, before and during our stay. It was a great visit and we would return to Duomo 36 in the future.
