It was nice to meet the host just as we arrived. She explained everything to us and showed us all the things that we needed for the 7-day stay. The apartment is close to Metro station and to all central districts. There are many small shops nearby and we could buy everything near the house.
The host was super nice and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early at 11 as we arrived quite early to napoli. The host left us different types of snacks, coffee, water (sparkling and still), juice, etc. Apartment was calm and quiet with a beautiful balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and it's in the middle of the city center (metro station 3 min away). I can't recommend more.
The apartment was spotless, very well organized, and even better than we expected. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Susanna was an amazing host — she reached out via WhatsApp, explained the check-in process clearly, helped us find the apartment easily, and was always available for anything we needed. The location is great, close to the city center and major attractions. Although the neighborhood seemed a bit unusual at first, we quickly got used to it — this is simply part of Naples’ charm. Even late at night, we felt completely safe walking around.

Perfect apartment close to the city center (and metro/train), but also quiet - the balcony is perfect for a relaxing evening. Equipped with everything necessary, and the communication with the host was very easy!
