Casa molto bella, pulita e nuova, con un giardino curato nei minimi dettagli. Posizione buona, vicino alla spiaggia del Ciraccio e a pochi metri dalla fermata del pullman.
La posizione è centrale, le spiagge tutte raggiungibili a piedi se va di fare un po' di moto, i alternativa i mezzi passano ogni 20 minuti
