Everything was wonderful: clean, cute, and comfy. The location was perfect for exploring Piombino. Luca is an excellent host.
This is our fourth hotel on our Italy trip and by far the best. It’s soooo comfortable, from the soft bed to the triple paned windows to keep the noise & heat out. Spacious main room and nice bathroom. Stays nice and cool, super clean & smells good too! It’s just around the corner from the Main Street of the old town with lots of shops and places to eat. You have a card to take to a delicious caffe around the corner for a free coffee and pastry. Best americanos at Cafe Nanni! Luca was very quick to communicate with us over WhatsApp and made sure we were well taken care of! I’d rate this stay higher if I could!
What an amazing find. This fantastic place is in the middle of Old Town. Everything you want and need is right at your fingertips. Luca and his family are amazing hosts and Luca will help you find whatever you require. We highly recommend this place and I would give it more than 10 stars if it was possible.
We stayed one night to bridge our Elba ferry departure the next day. We stayed in room number 2 and liked it very much. We were surprised about the size of the room because it’s so big and how nicely it is renovated. It has like an extra in-between room when you go from the bedroom towards the bathroom. The apartment is located in a side street right by the old city center by the sea. Within 5 minutes walking range you will find plenty of food and dining options which appear to be visited by locals as well. For breakfast, a voucher for a cappuccino and a pastry in a coffee place around the corner was included. The owner Luca is very nice and kind and takes good care of you.
Overall we can highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to stay their again even for longer than just one night.
Spacious space. Location was excellent. In historic center and close to promenade. Luca got us free parking close by.
