Very hospitable family of hosts who make everything to allow you to feel like home. Astonishing views and surroudings, beautiful nature, perfect location for walks. A great place to run away from the city buzz, disconnect and recharge.
We fell in love with this place. While booking, we have chosen it upon reading some reviews stating how animal and nature friendly the farm is. The owner and his daughter are amazing people. They are so kind and thoughtful that we felt like we were living there and didn't want to leave. The farm is very close to Castellina in Chianti, yet you still need a car. Without a car, Chianti won't be fun, but all day hiking. The room is clean, and it offers everything you need. We prepared our own breakfast and enjoyed calm mornings at the terrace. Also nice for enjoying wine while watching the stars. We loved everything about this place and already missed the owner and his lovely dog Tom.
Lovely relaxing property with sheep, a donkey, hens , a friendly dog and beautiful views of the Chianti countryside. In warmer weather the swimming pool, patios and gardens would be especially nice. The convenient location just outside Castellina in Chianti served as a great base from which to explore the Chianti area, Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and more.
The Capana cottage was perfect for the four of us when we visited on a cool and sometimes rainy April week. Each bedroom had its own washroom and very comfortable beds. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we wanted to take s break from dining out at one of the many nearby restaurants. Everything was very clean. At the end of the day we enjoyed a cozy fire in the living room wood-burning fireplace with help ( and lots of firewood) from the owner.
Beautiful farmhouse with great hosts . Big and comfortable flat. Birds singing , olives growing and chickens and lamb strolling around . Heaven on earth. Statues on the runway
Beautiful location, welcoming staff with a cute dog! Perfect stay for relaxation and enjoyment of the Tuscan countryside.
