The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 01 Oct 2022 until Wed 31 May 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a 30% deposit via bank transfer. This will not be refundable and should be paid within 5 days of the booking. Final cleaning is included. Heating is not included and is charged according to consumption.
