It was a perfect location for me. I rented a car, which is a must in Sardinia and this place had a private parking. The flat itself is very spacious, maybe too big for a solo traveler and it was clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable bed also. There’s a grocery store opposite and a few restaurant plus short walk to the Poetto beach. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends or I’d consider to stay again if I was visiting Sardinia.
Location is excellent for Poetto beach as you can walk in about 15 minutes. The apartment is very spacious and you could easily have 6 people in there. Good restaurants in the area also.
Marco was very nice and helpful. Apartment was very spacious with 2 balconies. 15min walk to the beach and pass Flamingos on the way. Near bus stops too for trips into the old town. Shops and restaurants nearby
Marco was a superb host, quick to respond and really helpful.
It was an easy 20 minute walk to the beach (the quieter end of Poetto) and seafront restaurants.
We had a perfect vacation in Sardinia for about two weeks with my friend.The flat has three big rooms, enormous kitchen and a bathroom. The grocery shop is just in few minutes walk. You need about 10-15 minutes to reach the most beautiful beach. The owner of the flat was always willing to help and to advise. It was definitely a luck to rent this flat.
