Very helpful hostess, great location, house was just immaculate. Spacious and extremely clean & tidy.

Amazing view, beautiful garden, all the amenities necessary, very friendly hosts, the location is in a quiet area without traffic and a view towards Florence, Luca and the hills.
They provided all the information necessary for visiting Florence and the surroundings.

Huge rustic but well maintained house and garden with a fantastic view of surounding countryside!
Hosts reside in the 1st floor while you have the whole upstairs for yourself. Francesca and Alesio (and Mochi) are awesome, they were there for everything we needed, otherwise we didn't notice them at all. You can truly live in peace here. They also gave us great advices on where to park in Florence, how to get around and which less known places to visit.
Pictures don't do justice to this place, it is even more beautiful in person. Location is great to explore Tuscany if you rent a car since it is positioned just right in the center between all the must see cities (Florence/Lucca/Siena/Pisa...) that are 1h drive away.
A secluded location with a lot of peace disturbed by the song of the birds with a beautifully landscaped yard and a relaxing panoramic view of the zone.
It is a place where you can recharge your energy after visiting the area. Although easily accessible only by car, it is a good place from where you can be in Pisa, Lucca, Florence or Siena in an hour. We used the rental car transport to Empoli and from there by train to Florence.
The house is very clean and equipped with almost everything you need for a carefree stay. The hosts, a welcoming, discreet family, offered very useful tips to make you feel good during your stay. We salute and thank them!
