Really nice people and insanely convenient spot! It's totally recommended.
It wasn’t noisy as it was mentioned in previous comments (unless you’re super sensitive to sounds). The living area wasn’t unsafe at all. The room was very cosy and despite the small windows, there was air conditioning system that was working perfectly fine. The instructions on how to get and leave the keys of the hotel was explained throughly. And if you have any difficulties you can just call them at any time.
It was next to the metro station, the staff are nice and there is room service and cleaning everyday upon request
