First - location. It is spitting distance from parking piazza Orlando, so that is very convenient at 13€/24h. It is very close to the city center, about 10min walk.
The staff was very communicative and pleasant, we communicated over WhatsApp and got explanations on when to arrive and how to get in. There is a small bar/sandwich/wine place just down the stairs, and a few meters down the streets there is the market and the Messèr Granita Palermo which is very good.
The room was comfortable, with enough space for a family of 5. Shower was great and the beds were comfortable.

The apartment is in a central area, close to the most important tourist attractions. The room is large, renovated, as well as the bathroom.We appreciated that everything is clean, comfortable beds, bed linen and towels impeccable.There is a corner where you can have a coffee or tea.The owner was very nice and gave us detailed information on how to travel by city transport to the airport.We appreciated that we were offered the possibility to check in before the check-in time.
