Francesca was an amazing host and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Our guesthouse was so clean, cozy, and beautiful and we were given everything we needed. This is a family owned establishment and makes you feel as if you are truly experiencing the Villasimius lifestyle. Exceptional stay we can’t wait to come back!

Pratza Froria is a lovely guesthouse nestled among the quiet residences of Villasimius. The location is perfect, close to the main street full of restaurants, shops and bars, and only 15-20 walk to the beach, which is very well signed and lit at night. Francesca and her father were lovely and welcoming. The room and house were very clean, great facilities, and very spacious room. Would definitely stay again! Grazie mille.

You really feel like welcomed guests with Francesca and Eliseo, plus extremly professional! Thorough cleaning, helpful tips, tasty coffee, good working AC... Another plus: option to dry your bathing suits outside. Rather small room but that wouldn't stop us from coming back ;).

Perfect location in the town centre and only 20 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely modern room which was absolutely spotless and cleaned daily by the hosts. Francesca and her father were so incredibly accommodating for us and our needs. They were also super helpful with recommendations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
