My best friend and I wanted to go skiing in the Dolomites, but our hotel in Val Gardena did not have availability the first night. We decided to splurge a little and discovered this gem. I would not necessarily recommend the location for those looking to ski part of the Dolomiti Superski resorts. We wanted to relax from a long flight and ease into our holiday, and this was absolutely perfect for that.
The staff was lovely, the rooms were massive and gorgeous, and the sauna/wellness area was divine. We also had the luck to dine in the hotel's restaurant and were incredibly impressed. It was definitely one of the best meals of our entire trip!
A lovely place to stay. Plenty to explore. The food and wine were excellent.
The location was perfect with spectacular views. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area was a big hit with the kids and the cherry on the pie was the beautiful restaurant which was in house.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Yamaan at the reception was a big help with directions on how to use the public transport to reach the spots we wanted to explore.
Overall a great stay.
Very cozy and well maintained property. We liked almost everything. Underground parking with your own gate opener. Fast driving to Seiser Alm ski resort. Very nice views and old castle just next to the hotel
I stayed in the facilities for 5 nights with my partner and everything met my expectations. It may seem expensive but I truly believe the value for money is great. The room/apartment is big and comfortable, with plenty of space. The SPA is not massive but every detail is taken care of. The restaurant is a treat. I would 100% come back.
