Mario and Alessia were awesome. Alessia wrote me about a week before our arrival to organize the check in, and Mario did the same some days after. They kept our luggage until we were able to do the check in at 4pm. Facilities were new (appreciate the spacious bathroom) and very clean. A big bonus was the balcony that our bedroom had. It's really near to the airport, so: - Great! You can easily get there by taxi and public transport. - Bad, airplanes noise is pretty loud.

Good people always ready to help. They even go beyond and above in their bid to help. I will recommend the place any day any time for all travelers to the city of Napoli, Naples.

Beautiful guesthouse with wonderful and helpful staff! Good facilities - comfortable bed, balcony, heated towel rack and working desk.

The accommodation was great, the room was big, with plenty of natural light, a lovely balcony, facilities were really good and clean. Alessia was very friendly, polite and always prompt to help, giving us many suggestions on what to do, eat, transportation, etc. Despite the accommodation not being in the center, there is a bus stop a couple of minutes away with bus R5 going to Statione Centrale Garibaldi (trains to Pompei, Sorrento, Salerno, etc) and bus 184 to city center (via Toledo / Quartiere Spagnoli). As mention by others, noise from the planes can be heard, but not at night and this wasn't an issue for us. We would definitely recommend to stay at Provenzale guest rooms.

The room was very clean! We stayed in the Margherita room and we loved the brightness of it! The host was so kind! She gave us so much helpful information about what we can do on our trip, ways to get around, best places to eat, the people, and more! We had access to Netflix. The place looks new and modern! There was a mini fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle, plus some snacks!
